- Prize money will be mailed
to owners within 30 days of close of show.

- No prize money will be paid
relative to Walk/Trot, Showmanship
and Medal classes.

- No prize money will be paid
in any classes with less than 3 entries
showing in the class.

- If there are not 3 entries
in the class one (1) hour before the session
begins in which the class is to be held, the
exhibitor has the option to withdraw from
the class and receive a refund of the class
entry fee.
|
- In the interest of those
exhibitors attempting to qualify for
Regional competition, no class will be
cancelled unless there are no entries in
that class.
|
|
|
- The show checking account
will be closed ninety (90) days after the
show date. All prize money checks must
be cashed within this time period. No
checks will be honored after August
30, 2007.
